Apply for a library card
You can apply for a library card online. With your online
application, you can reserve a book or use an online database.
You must have a permanent card to check out a book.
- Your online registration is temporary
and is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, you temporary registration
will be deleted.
- You must visit a library location to validate
your account and pick up your permanent library card.
- To validate your account and pick up your
permanent card, you need to show a government-issued photo ID (drivers
license or ID card) that shows your current resident address.
Apply for a library card
- Click
here. The registration page will open in a new window.
- Click the "New User" button.
- Fill out the registration form. Please
note that the items in ALL CAPS and with an asterisk are required
items.
- Please read the user agreement. Clicking
the "I accept" is the same as signing your name to the
application.
- A confirmation page will show your registration
is complete.
- Be sure to write down your temporary barcode
number. You will need the temporary barcode number to access library
databases online or reserve a book.
