Library Meeting Rooms
The Statesville Library has
two meeting rooms for community groups and civic organizations. Each room seats approximately forty-five people;
the two rooms can be combined for larger meetings for up to ninety people. There is no charge for using the
meeting rooms.
Each room has a flexible arrangement of tables and chairs. Each room also has a projector screen with a LCD video projector and a DVD player available. Free wireless Internet access is included. One room has a small kitchen with sink and refrigerator.
Rooms are available to non-profit
community groups, civic organizations and government organizations. The rooms may not be used by for-profit
organizations; admission may not be charged and no marketing of merchandise or services may be conducted in
the meeting rooms.
To reserve a room, first check the Meeting Room Calendar below to see if the room is available on the date and time you want. Then, complete a Meeting Room Application
