Join us for a book talk and signing by local author Ralph Dagenhart. Dagenhart will discuss his memoir, which tells the story of his conscription into the US Army at a time when American casualties were the second worst in the Vietnam War.

His experience as an infantry soldier in the legendary 1st Cavalry Division in South Vietnam began in June, 1969 and ended during the Cambodia Incursion Campaign in June, 1970. The reader will get a picture of the difficult and dangerous job that faced him and many others, striving to survive in a war-torn country.
